MediaUse Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 16, 2026

This policy explains when charges may be refunded and how refund requests are reviewed for MediaUse paid plans and billing transactions.

1. Scope

  • This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and prepaid balance purchases made directly through MediaUse official checkout channels.
  • It does not apply to third-party services, plugins, or external platform fees that are billed independently by those providers.

2. Subscription Fees

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing cycle and become active immediately after successful payment.
  • You may cancel renewal at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid for an active subscription period are non-refundable.

3. Prepaid Balance / Credits

  • Prepaid balance or usage credits are consumed based on your usage and are generally non-refundable once purchased.
  • If a duplicate charge or technical billing error is confirmed, we will correct the transaction and issue a refund or equivalent credit.

4. Eligibility for Exceptions

  • Refund requests may be considered when there is a verified payment processing error, duplicate billing, or service unavailability caused by MediaUse systems.
  • Requests based on user-side configuration issues, third-party platform restrictions, or change of mind may be declined unless required by law.

5. Request Window and Process

  • To request a review, contact legal@mediause.dev with your account email, order id, payment timestamp, and issue description.
  • Requests should be submitted within 14 days of the relevant charge unless local law provides a longer mandatory period.
  • We will review requests in good faith and reply with an outcome after verification.

6. Chargebacks

  • If you initiate a chargeback, associated services may be restricted while the dispute is under review.
  • We encourage contacting us first so we can resolve billing issues quickly.

7. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Refund Policy from time to time and publish the revised version with an updated effective date.
